Novant Health Partners with Doximity to Bring Evidence-Based Clinical AI Into Epic

Novant Health has adopted Doximity Ask, integrating real-time, evidence-based clinical answers directly into Epic for its clinicians. Led by the system's Clinical Informatics Institute and Institute for AI & Innovation, the rollout is part of a broader strategy to give care teams dependable augmented-intelligence tools that keep patient safety and privacy intact.

Doximity Ask gives clinicians fast, evidence-based answers to clinical questions at the point of care, grounded in peer-reviewed medical literature, clinical guidelines, and PeerCheck™ physician reviews. It was ranked highest for safety among U.S. clinical AI tools in an independent Stanford/Harvard study. At Novant Health, those answers surface directly inside Epic, so clinicians find trusted information without leaving their workflow.
